Για αναφορά προβλημάτων στείλτε email στο help@chios.aegean.gr η χρησιμοποιήστε την παρακάτω φόρμα. Αν έχετε λογαριασμό στο Πανεπιστήμιο Αιγαίου παρακαλώ εισάγετε το ονομα χρήστη (username) στο πεδίο Ονομα Χρήστη.

Το μήνυμα σας θα σταλεί μόνο στο τοπικό Helpdesk, δηλαδή στην ομάδα τεχνικής υποστήριξης της Πανεπιστημιακής Μονάδας της Χιου.

Προσοχή

Σε καμμία περίπτωση δεν πρέπει να αναφέρετε στην επικοινωνία σας κωδικούς πρόσβασης (passwords) για οποιαδήποτε online υπηρεσία εντός η εκτός του Πανεπιστημίου Αιγαίου.

Για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση σας παρακαλώ αναφέρετε: λειτουργικό σύστημα (Windows XP, Win 7, Mac), σφάλματα η μηνύματα που εμφανίζονται, τυχόν πρόσφατες αλλαγές η εγκαταστάσεις λογισμικού.
